One example of our hard-working team includes Philip A. Ziegler.  He first started working at Schiff & Associates after getting his BA at Ohio State University.  While working at the firm, he was inspired to go on to law school at Capital University, and was admitted to the bar in 2010.  His expertise includes the field of Personal Injury (Plaintiff), and he states that seeing clients “satisfied and receiving the compensation they need gives me a sense of fulfillment.” Phillip also enjoys helping the community by volunteering as a mentor at Franklin County Children’s Services.

Attorney Phillip Corey Lauer started as a Case Manager for the firm in 2005, which led him to the night program at Capital University Law School.  He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2010.  He explains that, “When people come to us, there’s been a problem in their lives. Any time you can make a person’s situation better and help them get through the process to a point where they obtain compensation for what happened, it is a rewarding feeling.”  He is proud to be a part of a firm that routinely takes on the toughest cases and fights for the injured. 

One of our newest attorneys at Schiff & Associates is Megan R. Hayden, who graduated from Capital University Law School magna cum laude and joined our firm in 2014.  During law school, Megan worked as an intern for the Honorable James O’Grady at the Franklin County Municipal Court and later as a law clerk at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.  As a student, she was a member of The Capital University Law Review and received two CALI Awards (given to the student scoring the highest grade in a course) in Secured Transactions and Professional Responsibility.
