Although we only publish some of our case results as many have confidentiality rules and agreements, they are a great example of how we go to bat for our clients to ensure fair settlements.  In one case we obtained $1,000,000 for a client who was involved in a semi vs. motorcycle accident.  The client suffered a series of injuries including a pelvic open-book fracture, abdominal injuries, head injury, brain contusion, facial lacerations, and jaw fracture.   Multiple surgeries and long-term care will be required to care for the individual.

Another case result involved a pedestrian accident in a crosswalk. The $400,000 settlement was compensation for injuries including a leg fracture and a foot fracture that necessitated open reduction internal fixation surgery to implant hardware. The client will require long-term care.
